I understand individuals and families are experiencing life at a mind-numbing pace. Stress-filled, chaotic living takes a toll on intimacy, relationships, as well as spiritual, physical and mental health. As a professional counselor, I know how to help individuals and families find success with life, and their relationships. My counseling service is intended to help people cope with and overcome painful emotions and/or unhealthy behaviors associated with depression, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, marital problems, divorce recovery and parent/child conflict.
I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach that emphasizes personal responsibility, hope and faith to overcome the challenges that life often brings. I am a "Marriage Friendly" counselor who helps couples sort throught issues and rediscover the love they once had.
I specialize in Christian counseling that provides practical, reality-based counseling that is Christ-centered to individuals, couples, parents and teens.
