I enjoy working with teenagers, college students, adults, & families. I have experience and training in helping people who are experiencing struggles with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, grief, divorce, and other life issues. Additionally, I have spent 23+ years working with adolescents & college age students in my previous roles as a teacher and school counselor. I am an EMDR trained counselor who can help people who are experiencing struggles associated with big and little trauma. You do not have to continually suffer because of things from your past.
As a counselor, my role is not to tell you what to do. Instead, my goal is to connect with you and to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can safely tell your/their story. By asking the right questions and exploring new communication/coping skills, we can work together to identify areas where you want to heal, change, and/or grow.
