My ideal client is an individual who either has been contemplating change or is ready to make changes in their life and would like to have someone objective to talk with. I am open minded and love to learn from my clients. I think that continuing education is vital and that mental health is as important as physical health. My ideal client would be someone who would take what they think is beneficial from our session and practice it in their everyday life. Then we would discuss in future sessions how the practice went and what needs to be adjusted-if anything!
I offer counseling via video so you can access me from the comfort of your home, while traveling, or on break from work or school without the hassle of taking the time to get to an office or fight traffic. The software is easy to download and user friendly.
I have been told that I am easy to talk to and genuine. I also understand that reaching out for counseling can be difficult so I will do everything in my power to make you feel as comfortable with the process as I can. I believe that the power of healing lies within the therapeutic relationship which we will build together no matter what the distance!

Peer Support Group for Teens
This is an online group strictly for teens who are struggling in school/home-life and would like other teens to talk to. The teen would have to speak with me first to see if this is the correct group for them and then receive an orientation for the group protocol. It is monitored and facilitated by myself and is HIPPA compliant. THIS IS AN ONLINE GROUP ONLY.
