Drawing from 12 years of practice with adults, adolescents and children from diverse backgrounds, I combine cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness and DBT to help clients gain insight and learn coping skills, EMDR to process trauma and loss, play therapy for children and parent/child therapy to enhance relationships.
