My experience and training is focused on healing relationships in areas such as communication, betrayal, parenting and family conflict as well as those working through life transitions and burnout. I have worked in school based counseling and with anxiety and depression related issues. I am also certified in couples therapy through the Gottman Institute.
I use integrative and evidence based approaches that are culturally, spiritually and trauma informed.
