I work with adult women experiencing challenges in life impacting their health, sleep, work, self-esteem, and relationships. Some of those challenges include anxiety, depression, past traumatic experiences (PTSD), panic attacks, grief/loss, creating healthy boundaries, and settling into any number of life's transitions. I specialize in women's issues and trauma work. It is important that you feel safe and empowered in the work we do together. Let's untangle things, create a plan, and work toward growth and empowerment.
I believe in natural health and honoring the whole person. I incorporate mindfulness, nature, coping skills, strengths, boundaries work, assertiveness skills and self-care into sessions. I have a background in herbal medicine, am an EMDR trained therapist, and utilize ACT, and ego states interventions in my work.
I see therapy as partnership, and I will support you in creating and achieving your goals. Often, past experiences or trauma and childhood issues can impact daily life and relationships. I am committed to helping you explore, heal, and move toward the things that are meaningful in your life so that you can live your best life.
