I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5 years of experience. I enjoy working with teens and adults on-line and in office settings. I have had the privilege of working with some families as well through these years of practice. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including, anxiety, depression, bereavement, career related conflicts, interpersonal/intra-personal relationship problems, relocation related issues, self-esteem, school-based conflicts and ADHD.
In my work with clients, I use some leading psychological modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. However, as everyone’s progression in treatment varies, I prefer to identify the most effective intervention to cater to each client’s specific needs.
I strive to facilitate the process of a client seeking to change certain aspects of his/her life and addressing problems/concerns through empowerment , encouragement and exploration.
