I've been in the helping professions for over 20 years and have helped hundreds of individuals create positive change in their lives, find a greater sense of peace and achieve goals that they have set for themselves. For the past ten years, I have been providing psychotherapy services. I have a wide range of experience working with individuals with almost every type of mental health need and I feel confident in my abilities to assist clients to achieve the outcomes they desire from their work in therapy. I provide teletherapy services so that you may receive treatment in the comfort of your home, on your schedule.

I guide clients to understand the source of their challenges so they can become consciously aware of decisions they make and be clear in how they can modify their choices to enrich their lives.
