I work to building strong therapeutic rapport with my clients, and my ability to empathize with them on issues they are dealing with daily are my strongest qualities. Depression, grief\loss, anxiety-GAD, PTSD, trauma, conflict management, peer pressure, ADHD, and behavioral problems are issues within my scope that I assist with. Decreasing negative symptoms and helping each client and his/her family live healthier lives is the ultimate goal. I have an eclectic approach to dealing with each client so that everyone’s treatment is individualized.
My specialty areas are mental health and substance abuse. My goals is to educate my clients and their supports on how to live healthy lives with their substance use, mental illness and/or trauma. I strive to also educate families on defeating addictions and live stable lives.
