I believe therapy is a tool to empower us to find balance in our mind, body and soul. I take a holistic approach in helping individuals and families to make changes. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, personality disorders and trauma related issues. My goal is to empower & support you in achieving your optimum state of wellness.
I specialize in trauma specific treatment such as EMDR, DBT and TREM. To calm the body and mind, I also use Mindfulness Based Therapy, Aromatherapy, Intutive Eating Therapy and Auricular Acupuncture. Together we can determine what treatment modality is the best fit.

Auricular Acupuncture
The NADA protocol is a non-verbal approach to healing. NADA involves the gentle, placement of up to 5 sterilized needles to specific sites on each ear. The group sits quietly for 30-45 minutes allowing the needles to take effect. Benefits include: reduced cravings & withdrawal symptoms from substances, overall calmness & decreased stress, better sleep and relief from emotional trauma.
