I work differently than many therapists. In 30+ years of learning and journeying with clients, I have blended the best of modern science with the intuitive arts. I'm practiced in an integrative mindfulness, somatic, trauma-informed, attachment and systems-based approach. Additionally, I draw from IFS, attachment-based work, polyvagal theory, NVC and more.
