Dr. Salusti received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1998 at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, Boston, MA., with specialty training in clinical neuropsychology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, Department of Behavioral Neurology, Boston, MA. Her post-doctoral training included a fellowship in clinical psychology at Harvard University, Cambridge, MA., and in clinical psychology and forensic evaluation at Children’s Charter, Waltham, MA. She holds a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology, with subsequent clinical work at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Belmont, MA.

Dr. Salusti has over 20 years of experience in psychological and neuropsychological evaluations in public, private, and forensic sectors and offers expertise in MA disability, special education, and 504 eligibility.
Dr. Salusti also holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT, Sloan School of Management. She offers specialized executive coaching and consultation services, applying current knowledge in neuropsychology and neuroscience in teaching real-life strategies for stress reduction, improved focus, and leadership and management skills.

Free to Be Me
This 8 week, in-person, supportive social skills group offers pre-tweens and tweens the opportunity to learn conversation, friendship, and social problem-solving skills, as well as effective strategies for managing and tolerating anxiety in social settings. Participants will explore the anxious brain and its impact on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; practice specific breathing, mindfulness, and guided meditation techniques; and use targeted exposure to improve one's ability to manage and tolerate anxiety, fear, embarrassment, and avoidance in social situations and increase social participation, confidence, assertiveness, and conversation skills. Initial, individual meeting required to determine goodness of fit and identify individual areas of need.
