I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Military Counselor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have been trained through UNC TEACCH to work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum. I am trained in EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Human Givens. I have been trained to work with individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, etc. Sessions tend to run 45-53 minutes, once a week. I will provide coping skills, symptom management, and ways to work through the life issues bringing clients in for help.
I work with children, teens, young adults, adults, and families. I have a been trained in a number of treatment modalities that will aid in bringing healing to those who are having a difficult time with everyday life stressors. I work with my client's to build their goals and treatment plans in ways that will best reach them where they are at the time.
Life can through curveballs at unexpected times and when that happens it is nice to know that there is someone willing to be your cheerleader and guide you to the other side of those times. Sometimes it is just a matter of knowing that someone is there to just listen without passing judgement.
