Welcome to Rosewood Mental Health Therapy, where your "mind & heart heal." I am an Integrative-Holistic Mental Health Therapist. I bring together the mind, heart, body, spirit & soul of a person who is striving to better their life. I believe we all have answers to our questions deep within, & sometimes we need a good listener to help us in, "feeling it, expressing it & healing it", not only through one's words, but through their art & creative expression. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, seniors, families, couples & the family pet too! Sessions are virtual &/or in-person & I have a certified pet therapy dog!
I bring together all the aspects of a person & assist the person in developing a plan to achieve their therapy goal. I offer specialties in emotional regulation for all, challenges of life stages, self love & care, life transitions, love relationships, trauma, grief & recovery, single motherhood, women's spirituality, spiritual care & healing & pet therapy.
