We will explore what brings you to therapy and create a plan to help you realize your goals and find relief. This is done in a supportive environment using a positive and motivational approach. I am also a certified Substance Abuse Professional, and as such conduct substance abuse evaluations after a positive test to facilitate the return to duty process.
We will talk about what is bothering you and how best to work through your concerns to find meaningful and satisfactory solutions for your life. I use a variety of approaches to best meet your needs, including psychodynamic, introspective, insight oriented, cognitive behavioral or a combine of such.
My work is rewarding on many levels, especially when I observe how it benefits people with a wide range of issues.
