We will work together to identify patterns and help you get back to having balence in your life.
I have 17 years of experience and specialize in helping others break free from the chains of addictions, negative thoughts and behaviors. I am trained in CBT, DBT and I use an interpersonal approach. I also offer Spiritual and Christian Counseling where we will work together in finding God's love that aids in healing.
I will help you learn new ways to communicate positively in your relationships, and new ways in learning positive coping skills. I provide a safe, non-judgmental approach where healing can grow. I offer both Telehealth and in-person appointments. I am really looking forward to working with you!
