My approach to therapy is to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges. As a person-centered therapist, I have worked in the fields of mental health and substance use disorders for over 20 years, in both outpatient settings and in crisis services. My interests are working with women, non-traditional aged students, trauma and PTSD survivors, and veterans. My goals are to create a safe space for you to work on your mental health goals and to provide you with skills to manage everyday challenges. Let's discuss how we can work together. Using a trauma informed approach to our work, I can help you navigate environmental, career and relational roadblocks, working with you to move forward towards your life goals. I am currently providing both in-person or Telehealth appointments available with M-F day time office hours. Please call or email to talk about an appointment.
