I have worked with persons of all ages, ethnicities, and sexual and gender orientation experiencing a wide range of issues including life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, early attachment trauma, trauma both big and small, and more. My psychotherapy practice and life are informed by over thirty-five years of yoga practice and teaching. Donna utilizes all her skills in somatic psychology to assist individual adults, teens, children and couples. She believes in each person’s innate capacity towards healing.
Donna is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina, California, and New York and a registered South Carolina Professional Counselor Telehealth Provider.
