I have over 19 years of experience. I work with depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma recovery, grief and loss and women's issues. I am trained in a variety of treatment modalities (cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, family systems, strength based, behavioral psychodynamic). My approach is personalized to what is needed for the individual, couple or family.
