I ensure that my therapeutic space is both safe and engaging for my clients, moving at whatever pace they may need. I take an approach of challenging love with my clients, working with a kind and nurturing spirit while also holding my clients accountable to their goals. My overall aim is client success with goals and helping clients grow into their best selves.
I specialize in working with both adolescents and adults who have mood disorders such as anxiety or depression, communication struggles, interpersonal relationship difficulties, and anger issues. I approach my clients from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approach, relying on mindfulness and emotional regulation.
