Our world can be a cruel and scary place. I find joy in helping people find their strength in overcoming the darkness. I am most proud when I see someone victorious and healed from trauma, depression, and anxiety.
I use a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy. Did you know, many times we begin believing lies about ourselves before the age of 7? CBT focuses on correcting those lies and seeing truth about yourself. When we tear down those lies, we become stronger and more confident, and real healing takes place.
