People often have the answers to their situations but need a safe, supportive environment with a person who listens. I do solution-focused, CBT and client-centered therapy.
I am an experienced therapist with clinical specialties in addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety job stress, relationship problems and military family issues. I work with adults doing individual and couples therapy.
