I am a licensed independent clinical social worker, who services beautiful humans in both Ohio and North Carolina. My practice is an eclectic mix of various therapeutic modalities as I like to curate an approach that meets the needs of the client, but my core practice style is derived from trauma-informed, mindful-self compassion, and humanistic teachings.
A part of my passion and commitment to this work is to create safe spaces for others as often as I can.
