Hello! I'm a Licensed Psychological Associate and I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology both from University of Houston-Clear Lake. I work with adolescents and adults regarding a variety of concerns including life changes, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, and trauma.
I use evidence based cognitive behavioral treatments (CBT) to help individuals reach desired goals. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders using mindfulness based cognitive behavioral treatments including acceptance and commitment therapy and informed dialectical and behavior therapy.
