I provide Christian counseling to women. I have worked with women challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, navigating life stressors, and life changing situations.
I incorporate the Christian faith into therapy. I believe that Christ is our healer. My treatment approach is based on client's needs and preferences in a collaborative manner - we work in partnership to develop ways to support coping skills, emotional development, and spiritual growth.
