I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Problem Solving Skills, and Solution Focused Therapy to help you improve your ability to manage difficulties and challenge the thought patterns that create stress in your life. I believe you are capable of change and would be honored to assist you.
I accept clients ages 14 and older and have experience with Depression, OCD, Grief, and Anxiety as well as change of life issues. I have personal experience with blended families and fully understand the complexity of those relationships.
