Therapy is about a collaborative relationship between people. I have significant experience in helping individuals to reach their desired potential through strength-based, person centered, holistic therapy. I do not believe that there is a one-size-fits-all treatment protocol. I tailor my approach to meet the your needs and to build a relationship with you. You get my 100% focus during your time with me.

I know that sometimes the hardest part of getting to where you want to go is getting started. Dealing with change is a common human difficulty. If you are ready to take the first step, I would like to walk the journey with you.

Whether you need just a few sessions or ongoing support, I would be happy to help you. All sessions are currently offered via a HIPAA compliant online teletherapy site so you can receive the support you need Monday through Saturday. I am EMDR certified, and specialize in trauma, mood disorders, and dissociation disorders.
