I'll provide you with skills that will teach you how mind and body regulation paired with psychoeducation can benefit your overall treatment goals and whole-body wellness. I incorporate Yoga and meditation techniques to assist in learning what it feels like to support yourself, practice self compassion, and being present in the moment.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, EMDR Therapist, Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Professional and my skills surround working with women who struggle with self confidence, anxiety, and trauma. I work with children and adolescents who struggle with building self-confidence, anxiety, trauma, and behavior concerns.
