I've utilized a variety of therapeutic approaches to assist clients in finding healthier perceptions of themselves and strengthening positive relationships.
I have worked in the area of mental health and substance use disorders since 2016. My experience includes working with anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, relationship conflict, effective communication strategies, marriage counseling, mood disorders, anger management, coping strategies, for the children, adolescent and adult populations.
