Choosing to engage in therapy is one of the bravest things one can do for themselves. In this therapeutic relationship you will feel safe, seen, and heard. I assist women of color with managing symptoms of depression and anxiety that stems from difficult relationships, past or present. With a strength based approach, together we will identify disruptive patterns, as well as triggers that hinder you from everyday functioning and overall wellness.
I provide a warm and welcoming judgment free space that supports women in overcoming personal challenges. With over eight years of experience working with various types of people and diagnosis, my outlook towards therapy is person centered, collaborative and realistic. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your truest self.
Together my clients and I will navigate negative relationships, self-esteem, learn healthy boundaries and develop health coping skills that can be carried outside of the therapy setting and applied in everyday life. Clients experience grace and harmony within themselves and develop a healthy relationship with oneself through self love, health and wellness.
