I am very passionate about suicide education and response, as well as working with those who have experienced sexual trauma and domestic violence, among others. I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of trauma survivors of all ages. Other specialties include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, PTSD, family/relationship conflict, and working with LGBTQ+ individuals. My approach to therapy is eclectic and involves multiple perspectives and techniques depending on what works for you.
I typically use trauma-focused, person-centered, and strengths-based frameworks to guide our work together. I also frequently incorporate CBT and DBT skills. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to help you through life's difficulties and toward the best version of you.
