As a clinician with over 8 years of experience in a range of clinical settings my clients walk away feeling heard, and equipped with the tools needed to show up for themselves in ways that helps them to feel more empowered, healed and prepared for unforeseen challenges they may face in the future. I help my clients to express themselves in effective ways.
I work with individuals, families and couples to help heal in the areas of their lives creating barriers to building, and/or maintaining healthy meaningful connections.
