My experience has been with individuals, couples, and groups in an array of areas including Stress Management, Relationships, both PTSD and C-PTSD, BPD, Emotional Dysregulation, Non-Suicidal Self- Harm and LGBTQ+ identity formation. I treat adolescents (difficult teens are my thing), emerging adults, and adults.
I provide a safe, warm, and judgment-free environment so my clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings. Whether you feel stuck or want to better your current self, we will face the challenges or difficult feelings that may be creating barriers between where you are now and where you want to be.
