I am a licensed clinical psychologist who enjoys working with individuals to help cultivate growth, understanding, and healing. I specialize in working with clients experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and specific phobias. I am trained in evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I also specialize in trauma-informed therapies such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). With each of my clients, I tailor my approach to be compatible with your treatment goals and vision for therapy.
