Hi! I’m Dominika, owner of DMZ Therapy. Using eclectic interventions, and a client-centered, goal orientated, and humanistic approach, clients feel welcomed, comfortable, listened to and validated! With a focus on skills to support day to day functioning, we go on a journey of self exploration, healing and change. I am passionate about working with motivated individuals seeking support in various aspects. I provide individual and couples therapy, and co-parenting and parent-focused family therapy.

Parent-Focused Family Therapy supports parents with their children's behavioral needs.
