My focus is restoring healthy relationships with individuals experiencing conflict within their family, workplace, or social group. I am comfortable with having "hard" conversations. We all want to belong and feel as though we contribute to the health and happiness of ourselves and those around us. Traumatic events block us from moving forward in a meaningful way. Focusing on increasing one's sense of self and understanding why we become stuck in unhealthy thinking patterns is my specialty. I graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with degrees in Christian education and Biblical counseling. I believe that all people should be treated with dignity, grace, and mercy, and that everyone struggles with the basic building blocks of society: relationships. My work is focused on individuals, married couples, families, employees, and small groups.

Amanda Almendarez is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 4 years of experience in clinical mental health. Amanda has experience in both private practice and agencies. She is passionate about helping adults and adolescents take steps to stop simply surviving and begin thriving in life. Amanda specializes in trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, grief/loss, depression, and anxiety. She also has experience with personality disorders, life transitions, and stress management. Amanda received her Master’s in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

Trendolyn Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field for 15 years. She has worked with individuals with a variety of mental health disorders such as major depressive disorder, bipolar I disorder, borderline personality disorder, dissociative identity disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD, as well as anxiety, trauma-related issues, and grief. Trendolyn works with victims of narcissistic abuse in childhood and domestic violence. She personally works hard to help clients discover more about themselves. Her goal is to help encourage and guide individuals to succeed and grow in their daily lives.
