I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY508957) with a passion for helping individuals heal from psychological trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. I specialize in treating trauma-related disorders such as PTSD, complex trauma, and childhood trauma. My approach to therapy is grounded in relational psychotherapy, which focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and growth. I have an expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy approach proven effective in trauma treatment. EMDR helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences by accessing and reprocessing distressing memories. I also supervise and train clinicians looking to develop their expertise in EMDR.
I am known for my ability to create a nonjudgmental and inclusive space for clients to work through their presenting concerns. I am dedicated to helping people heal and regain a sense of control in their lives.
