My work with clients is determined by the problem brought to therapy, beginning where you find yourself – cognitively, emotionally, physically or spiritually. The outcome of your therapy depends greatly on your willingness to actively participate in the therapeutic process. My work with clients offers a moment to slow down and spend time looking at the story from a different perspective and to develop new accessible skills and choices. Whether you are interested in addressing particular events or wanting to continue ongoing healing work, I provide a safe and encouraging space.
I am a Texas licensed professional counselor and seek to align with every client using a person-centered approach to identify the changes the client wishes to make in their own lives and the barriers or obstacles preventing those changes. I will help my clients by crafting small, attainable steps that can be taken to move towards those desired changes.
