I draw from various therapy methods, throughout the process, depending on the individual client's needs. It is my goal to provide a safe space, free of judgment or criticism, in which clients feel comfortable exposing and exploring their innermost thoughts and feelings. I view the counseling process as a collaborative effort between client and counselor and believe it is most successful when both parties are fully committed.
