When you come in for services, we will work together as a team to tackle areas in your life that have been a source of distress. Despite any feelings of discouragement or hopelessness, I can help provide you with the hope that you need in order to be strengthened to address those areas of distress. My goal is to help you heal from any wounds that affect your life, and to assist you in dealing with any issues that affect how well you are able to walk through your days. Although the journey is tough, when your therapist is also your teammate, it helps to ease your burden and give you the strength to go on.
I am a very warm and genuine therapist with nearly 40 years of experience. As opposed to other professional fields, I have specified doctoral training and experience in relationship issues. My second doctorate provides me with psychological education and training to assist in dealing with other life stressors such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Coming in to talk to a stranger is a very difficult prospect. For this reason, I have set my office up in such a manner as to make you as comfortable as possible. I offer a relaxed, peaceful setting, which will put you at ease the moment you walk in. I will also walk with you through this journey so that you are not on this road by yourself.
