Coming out of the pandemic, all of us have gained insight regarding our ineffectiveness. For some of us, we have been drinking more frequently as a result of being overwhelmed, stressed, bored, fatigued, and hopeless. If you have been in recovery and/or have never struggled with the use of alcohol and/or substances, you may now observe yourself to have developed unhealthy habits related to unresolved trauma, depression, anxiety, lifestyle, and relationship conflict. Considering many treatment options available, it can be difficult to know what you need. I am an experienced, skilled, and trained therapist; counseling those in different populations and backgrounds who struggle with mental health challenges, alcohol and/or substance abuse, and unresolved trauma conflicting with one’s daily functioning and relationships.
