My mission is to provide the highest quality mental health care in a compassionate and culturally sensitive way to help individuals, groups, and families achieve their personal goals. I specialize in treating a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, PTSD/ trauma, and stress management and provide services to children, adolescents, and adults. I tailor treatment to your specific needs and enjoy helping and empowering youth and young adults.
I have approximately 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents on a wide array of issues ranging from sexual abuse and trauma to more complex behavioral needs as well as experience working with adults.
I have both professional and personal experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and have a special interest in helping families with the unique challenges that they face. I view therapy as a partnership and work with my clients to set mutually agreeable goals that they would like to achieve in order to support their loved one.
