I work with individuals, couples and families, and I am passionate about creating and maintaining a healthy family relationship. I use an integrative approach based on your needs to help individuals, couples and families overcome the struggles that are causing the disconnection and conflict within the household. I approach therapy from a systemic view where I look at the whole system and work with the individual and the couple from a systemic lens.
I enjoy working with couples who need help establishing healthy and effective communication between partners, those who have experienced infidelity within their relationship, addiction, and other marital and relationship struggles. In addition to working with couples, I am trained to help individuals learn skills to manage anxiety, depression, and trauma.
