Welcome to Authentic Roots! I offer a unique approach to therapy called Yoga-Based Body Psychotherapy. I blend both Western psychotherapies, such as Internal Family Systems, with Eastern practices like Yoga, Meditation, and Somatic work. I am also a psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist trained under MAPS and currently offer prep and integration sessions.
My goal is to help support you in finding your most Authentic Self and believe in the innate healing intelligence. I draw on a multitude of approaches that include the works from Richard Schwartz (Internal Family Systems), Gabor Mate (Compassionate Inquiry), Tara Brach( Radical Acceptance), Bessel van Der Kolk and psychedelic assisted therapeutic approaches.
