That’s where I come in - I work with people who are experiencing distress within themselves and in their relationships. Therapy with me focuses on identifying and unpacking the unhelpful beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck, and then learning new ways of relating to yourself and others that make you feel ….. happy!?! It’s possible.
What I'm hella good at: Unpacking that emotional baggage so you can feel allllll the self-love, healing from toxic relationships or shitty childhood experiences, and figuring out what needs to change so you can have dope relationships. Queering Body Image Psychotherapy Group
Welcome to the Queering Body Image Psychotherapy Group. This group is intended for Queer Trans Youth of Color (QTYOC) ages 16-24 years of age to collaborate, receive & provide support, unlearn harmful messages from family, culture, media, society etc., learn and practice self & body compassion/acceptance, plus so much more! Let's dismantle the hurtful impacts from diet culture created by cishet white supremacist patriarchy and embrace body functionality, neutrality, and acceptance together! Currently recruiting group members for Thursday Evenings, 7:00 pm-8:20 pm PST. We shall begin the group as soon as we reach 4 members+.
