I work with men seeking to make meaningful changes in their lives. My expertise lies in helping men find relief from symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger issues, grief, and autism. Clients in my practice often reach out to improve their relationships with themselves and others. I see each client as a unique individual and tailor the therapy to achieve their specific goals. Together, we will develop insight into how past experiences shape the present and gain a deeper understanding of the impasse that brought you to therapy. My clients trust me to be direct, knowledgeable, and completely non-judgmental. My approach is psychodynamic, a modality that emphasizes the significance of one's past experiences and relationships. I also integrate cognitive behavioral therapy when applicable. These two modalities have been demonstrated to promote short-term relief, and long-term wellbeing.

My session fee is $325. I offer courtesy out-of-network (OON) insurance filing, which often covers part of the cost. The group experience helps members gain insight into their anger, learn coping strategies, and improve their ability to express themselves effectively. Adult Psychosis Process Group

This is an in-person group process for individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia. A process group is a form of therapy where participants explore their emotions, behaviors, and interpersonal dynamics in a free-flowing, unstructured format. The focus is on the interactions between group members, allowing them to gain insight into how they relate to others and work through personal issues in a supportive environment. All group members are required to have an existing relationship with a psychiatric provider.
