My area of focus is addiction and families impacted by it; those suffering from trauma or PTSD either from their family of origin or circumstances faced later in life. I work with depression and anxiety which can strongly affect someone's ability to reach their full potential. I am certified in EMDR and offering VIRTUAL EMDR
Secondly i work with couples who are currently having difficulty communicating. These sessions provides clients with tools they can use in daily situations. I believe couples therapy allows the couple to reconnect and renew their vows. I believe if reunion is not possible, the couple can part in a graceful way.
