It is important that my clients feel understood and seen. I'll meet you where you are, nurturing your awareness of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. By building insight and getting plenty of support, you can make positive choices, bounce back from conflict, and access your strengths. I work to help clients manage, and resolve fear, depression, shame.
My background in music makes me especially sensitive to the artist's struggles for authenticity and self-confidence. In a sense, I help clients find their "voice" in the areas of emotional impairment. I also understand the challenges of creative blocks and the difficulties of navigating the business world's highs and lows.
