Often the most self-supporting thing you can do in life is understanding who you are and finding the courage to be your authentic self. I specialize in working with transgender and gender non-binary people, and their families. Over time many of us cover over who we truly are in an effort to fit in or be accepted. Perhaps it's time to move through that.
