My clients often are aware that something in their current lives is no longer serving them, want to understand how that came to be, and align themselves with the vision they have for their future. This often starts by noticing repeating patterns of behavior in themselves, or those they attract, and becoming curious about the reason why. They may also find that they experience certain physical and emotional responses (anger, anxiety, people pleasing etc.) and know that their body is trying to tell them something needs to shift.
Utilizing attuned presence and offering stabilizing mind-body approaches, I support clients in restoring and strengthening connection with themselves and the world around them. This may include belief work, art, writing, somatic work, psychodrama, and hypnotherapy. Our journey will allow space for joy, for pain, for greater self awareness and, compassion.
